You might be able to track changes made to your records if your Oracle CRM On Demand administrator has enabled an Audit Trail for fields within your Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. See page 122 of the Oracle CRM On Demand Online Help: Release 25 (February 2014) for more information on tracking changes made to your records. If you have the appropriate privileges, you might be able to manually undo the changes made to your records by CleanCRM, CleanUpdate, or CleanImport.
