You will get this message if your Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion) administrator has not given you permission to use an ActivePrime product. Please contact your Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion) administrator to enable ActivePrime's products on your account. If your Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion) changed passwords recently, he or she will need to log in and manually update the password under the product's Options.
