You will get this message if your salesforce.com administrator has not given you permission to use ActivePrime's products. Please contact your salesforce.com administrator to enable the products. If your salesforce.com administrator changed passwords recently, he or she will need to log in and manually update the password under ActivePrime Search’s Manage Users.
Another possibility is that your salesforce.com administrator has not granted Visualforce profile access to you. Administrators can control profile access from the Setup menu in salesforce.com. Under App Setup, click Develop and then Pages to open the list of Visualforce pages. Find the CleanEnter pages and click Security. From here, the administrator can manage which salesforce.com profiles have access to ActivePrime's products.
