What happens during Activeprime's product maintenance?

ActivePrime performs regular maintenance on CleanCRM, CleanCSV, CleanImport, and CleanUpdate. Maintenance work improves the functionality of ActivePrime's products, including revised matching algorithms, faster matching and merging speeds, and updates user interfaces. During this time, all session parameters such as unsaved settings, match results, and merge statuses may be lost. Therefore, it is advised that you save all your data and complete your session before the next scheduled ActivePrime maintenance.
