ActivePrime's CleanCRM, CleanCSV, and CleanImport find duplicates based upon the match settings that you select in Settings. A duplicate must meet all the criteria for each field you are using for matching to be considered a duplicate. If ActivePrime isn’t finding your duplicate, you may revise your settings and click Find Duplicates again until your records are matched the way you want. For example, if two contacts have the same name but different addresses, CleanCRM, CleanCSV and CleanImport will not match them if you select an address field for matching. You would need to revise your Match Settings to turn off matching on this field, then re-run CleanCRM, CleanCSV, or CleanImport, and the records would be matched.
