CleanImport can only process 50 fields at a time for import. If you need to upload more than fifty fields, split your CSV files into separate files containing up to fifty columns each. Make sure that each file contains the following basic identifying fields:
- Accounts: Account Name, Location
- Contacts: First Name, Last Name, Email, Work Phone #
- Leads: First Name, Last Name, Email, Work Phone #, Company
Process the files individually in CleanImport. Upload the first file into CleanImport, map the fields, and import. Then, upload the next file, map the next set of fields, and CleanImport will map to the existing record in the CRM based on the first import. Continue until all fields have been imported.
