Why won’t the appropriate records show up in my CleanCRM List?

You can create your own lists to select the records to dedupe in CleanCRM. When creating a new list, click the + button, enter a List Name and List Description, then choose the filters appropriately to define the records in the list. The list filters operate using starts with matching and do not support the use of wildcard entries (* or %). You can create a list of all records by leaving all of the filter strings empty. Click Save to use this list in CleanCRM. Lists that you create will be saved for future use in CleanCRM. You may edit or delete custom lists at any time.
